I work with a wide range of work-related or private life issues. I assist people with transitions, cultural aspects, work/life balance and parenting. Also with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and existential questions.
Seeing a psychologist can be very helpful when one is going through a period of enhanced stress, anxiety or depression. For example in periods of transition like when moving to a new country or after a divorce when making adjustments on a professional or/and personal level are called for.
Therapy offers the confidential setting in which various aspects of life can be explored, and a new direction or meaning can emerge.
I have more than 15 years experience as a psychologist. I have helped many expat’s in dealing with anxiety or depression and to find a more fulfilling life. I was trained as a psychologist in Brussels-Belgium, and as a Jungian Psychoanalyst (IAAP-Zurich). My approach is supportive and pragmatic. I use various creative approaches in my work, like creative writing or right brain drawing. I support people in finding the best-suited solutions to their problems.
